Contrary to rumor, not all of publishing shuts down in the summer - a list of agents currently open for queries
Greetings to new and ongoing subscribers. 📗 I hope you’re finding respite from the heat (or the cold, depending on which hemisphere you reside in), the joyless news cycle, and free-floating trouble. Good grief, as Charlie Brown has been known to say, there’s a lot of trouble.
Here in Pasadena, I’ve been trying not to look into the fire-spewing abyss, and I suspect many of you are attempting to do the same. Before today’s post, a little visual levity:
